Aqualon Edge is an exclusive marine fabric from Trivantage®, featuring Perfecta Marine® technology.

This unique fabric is UV-protected and provides superior heat reduction and heat reflection.

This canvas is designed to handle demanding marine conditions, as it resists water, peeling, cracking, fading, mildew, and rot.

Yes, with a vinyl-coated polyester top and soft underside, it keeps interior temperatures cool and surfaces protected.

The Aqualon Edge fabric weighs just 8.75 ounces per square yard, so while it is strong, it also is light enough to move easily … especially when suspended by our patented Fast-Track System.

With mildew-resistant and anti-wicking features, our PremoBond thread is perfect for outdoor settings. Its exclusive UV dye-and-bonding process ensure maximum bleed resistance and fade prevention. A pioneer in the sewing thread market, its custom lubricant supplies clean running for superior sewability. The continuous-filament, bonded polyester makes it 30 percent stronger than industry standards.

We use YKK’s ZIPLON zippers, which are made with strong polyester tape and acetal plastic teeth. These zippers are tightly coiled, built to last, and designed to handle fluidly under any conditions.

We use Neoline’s polyester cord, which features a 100-percent polyester jacket and a core made of polyester & polypropylene. The result is exceptional strength and abrasion resistance.

We use only the best materials, including wheels made from a custom injection mold with lubricated Nylatron, and the track made from 6030 alloy aluminum t5, clear anodized. Then hangers and couplers are made from 6063 aluminum alloy, anodized.

Marine Concepts has developed a proprietary, custom 3D laser-scanning process that allows for measuring boats to create covers that have a perfect fit, every time.

3D Laser Scan

Using our state-of-the-art digital measuring tools, we capture the precise dimensions of your boat by creating a full 3D scan at your dock. Next, our design team builds a digital model of your boat that is used to cut the cover material to your boat’s exact specifications, and your cover is hand-sewn by our experts.

Tailored Install

Each installation is a custom fit to your dock. Unlike other cover systems, our patented Fast-Track System can be installed without the use of destructive drilling and screws, as we often can complete the job with a series of heavy-duty clamps. Contact us to discuss details of your installation.
